New Asbestos Legislations come into Law!

As of the 4th of April this year it is now mandatory for ALL PCBU's in control of a workplace to have an Asbestos Management Plan if they have presumed or confirmed by lab analysis their building contains Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM'S).
