New Legislation Passed!

As part of the new Health and Safety Bill that will come into effect in April 2016, People in control of a place of work will now need to have onsite an asbestos register. The person with management or control of a workplace will need to provide this information to those who occupy the premises (including worker representatives) or those who may carry out work that may disturb the asbestos.
